From the beginning of the year to now, the total fishery output of KhanhHoa province reached 43,117 tons, up 2,38% over the same period last year.
Of which, fishery production was 39,068 tons, up 2.3%; aquaculture output 4,049 tons, up 3,13%.
Particularly for aquaculture, the total area for stocking in the first four months of the year reached 2,066 hectares, an increase of 1,69% over the same period last year, of which brackish water shrimp area was 1,113 hectares, an increase of 2.44%; fish was 305,5 hectares, up 1,84% and other aquatic products 636 hectares, up 0,32%.
