Pangasius gourmet introduced for the first time

Pangasius gourmet has been introduced for the first time, including 16 dishes made of pangasius to serve the domestic market.

In the afternoon on March 10, in Cao Lãnh city of Đồng Tháp province, an event of launching BASAmaster brand was held with the introduction of pangasius gourmet serving the domestic market for the first time.

The event was immediately paid attention by managers, supermarkets and food distributors.

The products were studied and produced by Vĩnh Hoàn Corporation in an entirely closed system. Vĩnh Hoàn introduced 16 pangasius dishes to consumers here. This fish is an icon of the downstream of the Mekong river that produces extremely high quality and nutrition rich pangasius.

According to Trương Thị Lệ Khanh, Chairman of the Board of Vĩnh Hoàn Corporation said that the recipe including salinity, sweet, flavor, and ingredients has been studied for a long time, thus, suitable with a vast majority of consumers in the whole country.

These 16 dishes are easy to cook and named “pangasius gourmet”. At the event, Vĩnh Hoàn introduced many Collagen related products, some of which have been sold in Vietnam for the first time such as collagen cream.
