According to this, by the end of 2016, four key shrimp producing provinces including Ca Mau, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu, Kien Giang have forced all farmers, traders and processors to stop shrimp pumped with impurities. 100 percent of cultivators are expected to put a stop to this trouble by 2017 in four keys provinces above; and in all over the country by 2018. This decision will be done by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Ministry of Public Security; Steering Board 389; Ministry of Finance and Provincial Municipal Party Committee.
