In the next ten days the fourth VietShrimp Aquaculture International Fair (VietShrimp 2023) will be officially launched. VietShrimp 2023 is expected to be a large playground for parties related to Vietnam’s shrimp supply chain.
VietShrimp 2023 with the theme “Innovative value chain upgrading” will be held at Cần Thơ Promotion Agency, addressed 108A Lê Lợi street, Cái Khế ward, Ninh Kiều district, Cần Thơ city from April 12-14, 2023. The fair was chaired by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Cần Thơ provincial People’s Committee, and Vietnam Fisheries Society and organized by the Directorate of Fisheries, Vietnam Fisheries Magazine, and Vietnammedia Communication Co., Ltd.
VietShrimp 2023 aims to enhance the development of Vietnam’s shrimp supply chain, thereby improving the image and brand of Vietnamese shrimp in the global market.
The Organizers inform that VietShrimp 2023 will be highlighted by the attendance of more than 200 booths of 150 businesses related to the shrimp sector and fisheries industry, from breeding stocks, feed, finished products, drugs, vaccines, to process, technologies, and techniques. These booths are allocated in four sections: A, B, C, D.
About 100 foreign businesses come from the US, India, Korea, Japan, China, Belgium, the Netherlands, Scotland, Norway, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. Those who want to learn about and expand their business scale in the Vietnamese market will find it a great opportunity to make huge steps. This partly affirms that VietShrimp has become a credible venue for domestic and international businesses. Not only will VietShrimp 2023 attract leading seafood brands, but also it welcomes “newbees”.
More than 15,000 visitors are expected to be here. Besides, the event will gather up experts, speakers, business leaders, top agencies and manufacturers from all over the world who come here to meet, exchange, and share new opportunities and innovations for the development of the shrimp industry through four seminars: Direction for the development of Vietnam’s shrimp sector; Improve the supply chain, Value chain digitization, and Build the Vietnamese shrimp brand.
