Southeast Asia’s largest shrimp industry fair and forum 2024 will take place next month in Vietnam
The 5th VietShrimp will be held in Ca Mau province with the theme “Accompanying shrimp farmers” in March 2024.
VietShrimp 2024 was held earlier than planned, to create a forum to promptly meet, exchange and remove bottlenecks for the shrimp industry in Vietnam and the world.
The fair is a large forum for businesses, shrimp farmers, experts, scientists, and managers to share and come up with solutions to help the shrimp industry develop sustainably. This is also an opportunity to introduce the achievements of the fisheries industry; Promote trade connections and expand cooperation.
VietShrimp has undergone 4 very successful organizations in 2016, 2018 (in Bac Lieu province) and 2021, 2023 (in Can Tho City). This is one of the major events of Vietnam’s seafood industry and a specialized shrimp fair of regional and Asian stature.
With the theme “Accompanying shrimp farmers”, VietShrimp 2024 will be a forum to find the most effective solutions to bring Vietnam’s shrimp industry back to the growth trajectory, while realizing the goal of sustainable development. VietShrimp’s series of seminars will take place on March 20 and 21, 2024 with the participation and sharing of useful information from many managers, scientists, experts, and businesses dedicated to the industry.
